I Knit Day...starring Yarn Harlot

We can now confirm that the first I Knit Day will be held at the Royal Horticultural Halls in central London, on Saturday 6th September. We are busy putting together a great line-up of stallholders, workshops, exhibitors and entertainment for the biggest knitting party this year! But, so far, we can confirm that the guest speaker will be the Yarn Harlot (aka Stephanie Pearl-McPhee) making her UK debut exclusively for I Knit. The official website is now online for updates and further information.

Camp Bestival

I Knit at Camp Bestival, July 18, 19 and 20

We are thrilled to be running the knitting tent at this year's first Camp Bestival. Held in the grounds of Lulworth Castle in Dorset this festival is super-family friendly with everything from ballroom dancing and rock 'n' roll, to the WI Tea Tent and knitting! Our knitting tent will be the place to come to relax and knit...and to take part in our brand new project: The Great British Sheep - a giant sheep sculpture which we will be covering with our very own knitted fleece, made up of yarn from over 60 breeds of British sheep! More of than anon, but for now you can book your tickets for the festival on the official website and we'll see you there!
